One of the first reflexologists to offer this kind of treatment to help support and ease symptoms of perimenopause, menopause, post menopause and medical menopause on a physical, emotional and energetic level. Through a unique combination of Face, Hand and Foot Reflexology. We start with a double cleanse, exfoliation and the application of facial oil before the facial reflexology, which includes cooling rose quartz crystals with a few facelift massage moves. Followed by hand reflexology using sweet orange and neroli balm. We then move on to a hot mitts cleanse on the feet and apply the sweet orange and neroli balm again, then complete the treatment with foot reflexology. There is the option to extend your treatment by adding a 30min facial to complete this treatment, add this on via the treatment add on section. You can also have acu seeds for menopause added onto the treatment, a needle free form of acupuncture for the ear.
